According to the official information provided by the XIII Congress, regarding the gender structure, the Central Committee of the XIII Party has 162/180 male members, representing 90% and 10% are women (18 members).
In the 18-member Politburo, 17 men are men, only one woman is Truong Thi Mai, head of the Civil Affairs Committee. Ms. Mai is a re-elected member of the 13th term of the Politburo.
119 members (66.1%) are reelected, with the remaining 61 members participating for the first time (33.9%). An alternate member of term XII continues to be re-elected as alternate member of term XIII.
In terms of age in the XIII Central Central Committee, those under 50 have 38 members, which represents about 21.1%. From 51 to 60 years is the oldest with 126 members, representing 70%. The number of members of the Central Committee older than 60 years is 16, which represents 8.8%.

In the Politburo, the Secretariat consists of 23 members (18 members of the Politburo and 5 members of the Secretariat who are not members of the Politburo – PV), the lowest age is 51; the highest age is 77.
There are 10 members of the Politburo, the Secretariat from 51 to 60 years, representing 43.47%. 13 members are 61 years or older, which represents 56.53%.
Regarding the structure of the industry, the number of military deputies represents the largest proportion in the list of the XIII Central Executive Committee with 23 members, which represents 12.77%. Police officers have 6 members, which represents 3.33%.
Regarding degrees, of 159 out of 180 people who have published information, the university level is 33 members (ratio 20.75%), the master has 64 members (40.25%), the doctorate is 62 members (38 , 9%).
Of the 159 members of the Central Committee with official information, 18 have held the position of associate professor and professor (rate 11.3%).
Only in the Politburo, the Secretariat with 21 people with information on qualifications, there are 6 members with university degrees; 6 people with master’s degrees and 9 people with doctorates.

Next is Nghe An. There are 13 official members of the Central Committee from this town.
Nam Dinh’s hometown also has 13 members:
Ha Tinh has 10 members.
12 provinces and cities have 5 to 7 central members from each of these localities. Specifically: Hai Duong (7 members); Ninh Binh (7 members); Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc (6 members); Ca Mau, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Phu Tho, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Thanh Hoa, Thua Thien – Hue all have 5 members from these localities.
2 members of the Politburo, the Secretariat from the XIII period, are from Quang Ngai, including: Tran Tuan Anh, Minister of Industry and Commerce; and Nguyen Hoa Binh, President of the Supreme People’s Court.
