Politburo List Statistics, Central Committee XIII | XIII Congress

According to the official information provided by the XIII Congress, regarding the gender structure, the Central Committee of the XIII Party has 162/180 male members, representing 90% and 10% are women (18 members).

In the 18-member Politburo, 17 men are men, only one woman is Truong Thi Mai, head of the Civil Affairs Committee. Ms. Mai is a re-elected member of the 13th term of the Politburo.

119 members (66.1%) are reelected, with the remaining 61 members participating for the first time (33.9%). An alternate member of term XII continues to be re-elected as alternate member of term XIII.

In terms of age in the XIII Central Central Committee, those under 50 have 38 members, which represents about 21.1%. From 51 to 60 years is the oldest with 126 members, representing 70%. The number of members of the Central Committee older than 60 years is 16, which represents 8.8%.

The 20 alternate members of the XIII Central Committee are under 45 years of age as prescribed.

In the Politburo, the Secretariat consists of 23 members (18 members of the Politburo and 5 members of the Secretariat who are not members of the Politburo – PV), the lowest age is 51; the highest age is 77.

There are 10 members of the Politburo, the Secretariat from 51 to 60 years, representing 43.47%. 13 members are 61 years or older, which represents 56.53%.

Regarding the structure of the industry, the number of military deputies represents the largest proportion in the list of the XIII Central Executive Committee with 23 members, which represents 12.77%. Police officers have 6 members, which represents 3.33%.

Regarding degrees, of 159 out of 180 people who have published information, the university level is 33 members (ratio 20.75%), the master has 64 members (40.25%), the doctorate is 62 members (38 , 9%).

Of the 159 members of the Central Committee with official information, 18 have held the position of associate professor and professor (rate 11.3%).

Only in the Politburo, the Secretariat with 21 people with information on qualifications, there are 6 members with university degrees; 6 people with master’s degrees and 9 people with doctorates.

Among the members of the Politburo, the Secretariat of Term XIII, 23 belong to 18 provinces and cities, including: Bac Lieu, Ha Nam, Hanoi, Ha Tinh, Hau Giang, Hung Yen, Nam Dinh, Nghe An, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Quang Binh, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Tay Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Tien Giang, Tuyen Quang, and Vinh Long.

In which, there are 3 Politburo members, the Nghe An Secretariat, including Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; Phan Dinh Trac, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs; and Nguyen Xuan Thang, director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, president of the Central Theoretical Council.

2 Politburo members, the Secretariat are from Ha Tinh, among them: Tran Cam Tu, Chairman of the XIII Central Inspection Committee (Politburo member) and Le Minh Hung, Head of the Van Party Central Office (Secretariat member) .

If only 18 Politburo members are counted, Nghe An has 3 Politburo members who come from here, including Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue, Phan Dinh Trac, Nguyen Xuan Thang. Meanwhile, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh and Nguyen Hoa Binh are members of the Quang Ngai Politburo.
