Initially, at that time, PHP was driving his motorcycle on DT 741 street in the direction of Binh Duong to Binh Phuoc. Approaching the traffic light, the dry tree crossing in Vinh Tien Village, Vinh Hoa Commune, Phu Giao District, fell in the middle of the road.
At the time the victim fell in the middle of the road, there were 4 motorcycles behind. The four motorcyclists stopped to look at the person who had just fallen and then continued on their way. Shortly after, the passenger car crashed and killed the victim on the spot.
