After that, Mr. H. continued to drag the student out of the classroom. This man is known to have ordered Mr. H. out of the classroom and into a small alley (where the border between Tan Binh High School and To Vinh Dien Elementary School) kept hitting his head.

Dien Bien Phu (Dien Bien Province) said the unit is investigating and clarifying the case of a sixth grade student at Tan Binh High School (Tan Thanh District) who was assaulted by his parents in the classroom.
