The girl didn’t speak, so Hung slapped her left cheek and continued to force her to apologize.
Too scared, the 2-year-old girl burst into tears, but Hung didn’t stop, but continually grabbed her hair, slapped her, and hit the girl’s legs and butt. Hung only stopped and left when the girl apologized to her son.

Immediately after beating PTBA that same afternoon, Hung drove to Hanoi to visit his ailing family without going to the police station to report. Hung called and texted BA’s father and asked a family member to come and apologize to BA’s family.
At approximately 9:00 am on October 4, Hung went to the Investigative Police Team, Lao Cai City Police to report and report the incident.
