H.’s family asked Mr. TNP to come to the house to settle in, but that same night Mr. P. did not come, so on December 11, H.’s family filed a complaint with the authorities.

Through the process of investigation, verification and subpoena of relevant persons, Mr. P. confessed that he used his hand to hit the head and left ribs, kicked his right leg with his foot. The injury rate inflicted on H. at the time of evaluation is 1%.

Mr. Dung said that Dien Bien Phu City also issued a decision to suspend 15 days (as of December 21) for Mr. Pham Sy Quy, Principal of Tan Binh High School, to serve the investigation and clarify the job.
