Around 4:00 pm, in Rabbit Ngoc class, Trumskids kindergarten (Coc Leu neighborhood, Lao Cai city), two 2-year-old girls rushed to look for toys and bit their hands. The teacher came to dissuade the two children.
Seeing that his son was suffering, a father slapped the girl across the face and bit you, causing her to stumble and cry. This person then grabbed him by the hair, hit him two more times, scolded him into crossing his arms and apologizing. The entire incident was recorded by the classroom camera and witnessed by three teachers.
Pham Quang Giang, the boy’s father was beaten, said his son was hospitalized to check his health. “I was not injured but mentally panicked when meeting strangers,” the father said.
The Trumskids Kindergarten representative reported that the time of the incident was after school, parents who came to pick up their children could enter the classroom. “The teacher has only been in a grade for a year so she lacks experience in management. We oppose the act of violence and report the incident to the authorities, ”said the school representative.
Lao Cai City Education and Training Department staff came to work with the school and the students’ parents last night. “The man who assaulted the child is not present in the city, we are waiting for him to return to have a proper solution,” said Lai Xuan Nghiem, an official with the Lao Cai City Education and Training Department.
Trumskids is a private kindergarten, currently it has 110 students, 20 teachers divided into 6 classes.
