Bed sheet The Guardian reported that the latest attempt to reverse the election results of President Trump’s allies was rejected by Judge Jeremy Kernodle himself, who was previously appointed by Trump. The lawsuit required the court to declare that Pence had sole authority to reverse Trump’s defeat in the battlefield states rather than simply overseeing the electoral college vote count.
However, Judge Kernodle ruled that Mr. Gohmert and some of Arizona’s Republican voters were unable to prove that they suffered any “apparent” personal harm from the alleged illegal conduct. Mr. Pence’s legal status and therefore lacks the legal status to sue the case.
Mr. Gohmert and the co-plaintiffs announced that they would appeal.

President Trump repeatedly denied failure and repeatedly claimed without evidence that the election was fraudulent. He and his allies have failed in a series of lawsuits in an attempt to reverse the election results.
Some Republicans said they plan to oppose the recount of electoral votes in Congress on January 6. This effort may create persistent debate in the Senate, but it is unlikely to reverse the results.
