Among 31 new cases (patient 2,110-2140), Hanoi had 1 case, Quang Ninh 2 cases, Hai Duong 27 cases, and Gia Lai 1 case.

Patient 2110 registered in Hanoi: male, 2 months old, domiciled in Me Linh District, Hanoi City. The baby is F1 from patient 1725, isolated from January 31, 2021. On February 10, the baby had a fever, cough, and samples were taken to test positive for SARS-CoV-2. Currently, the patient is isolated and treated at Dong Anh Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases.

Patient 2111 (male, 34 years old, domiciled in Dong Trieu city, Quang Ninh province) and BPatient 2112 (female, 31 years old, domiciled in Dong Trieu city, Quang Ninh province) It is F1 from patient 2052, in isolated focus on February 8. SARS-CoV-2 positive 11 to 2 day test result 2. Currently, two patients are isolated and treated at Uong Bi Vietnam Hospital – Sweden.

Patient 2113-2139 recorded in Hai Duong, all F1 cases have been centrally isolated, with no risk of spread to the community. The test result on February 11 was positive for SARS-CoV-2.

Patient 2140 registered in Gia Lai: male, 32 years old, domicile in the city of Ayun Pa, province of Gia Lai. Patient is F1 from patient 1891, patient 2076, patient 2077. The test result on February 11 was positive for SARS-CoV-2. The patient is currently isolated and treated at the Ayun Pa Medical Center, Gia Lai province.

With these 31 new cases, so far, Vietnam has registered a total of 1,246 cases of COVID-19 due to domestic infections, of which the number of new cases from January 27 to the present is 553 cases.

As reported by the National Steering Committee for the Control of COVID-19 Diseases, today the cure of 51 patients was announced.

The Ministry of Health recommends that to live safely with the COVID-19 pandemic, people must comply with the 5K principle.
