The Government has just issued a decree that regulates administrative sanctions in the health sector. Consequently, the maximum level of fine for administrative violations of preventive medicine and HIV / AIDS prevention and control is VND 50 million for individuals and VND 100 million for organizations.

Consequently, a fine of 30 to 40 million VND will be imposed for one of the following acts:

– Failure to comply with the requirement of inspection and medical treatment of the means of transport before leaving the epidemic area in a state of emergency.

– Failure to implement the decision to prohibit the concentration of people in areas where an epidemic emergency has been declared

– Lead unauthorized people and means to an epidemic outbreak in the area where an epidemic emergency has been declared.

– Failure to comply with a decision to force the destruction of animals, food, plants and other objects at risk of spreading the disease to humans in an area where an epidemic emergency has been declared.

A fine of 10-20 million VND will be imposed for one of the following acts:

– Failure to comply with the decision to suspend the operation of a public catering establishment that could spread the epidemic in the epidemic area.

– Failure to comply with the decision to impose a ban on the trade and use of food as vectors of disease transmission

– Not to implement decisions to apply measures to limit the concentration of people or suspend commercial activities and services in public places.

A fine of VND 20-30 million will be imposed for one of the following acts:

– Failure to comply with decisions on examination, supervision and medical treatment before entering and leaving the epidemic area of ​​group A

– Remove from the epidemic areas of group A articles, animals, plants, food and other goods capable of transmitting the epidemic.

– Do not make decisions that force the destruction of animals, food, plants and other objects that are vectors of group A.

This Decree takes effect as of November 15.
