7 people were promoted to the rank of Colonel to Major General, among them: Mr. Nguyen Van Trung (53 years old), Chief of the Traffic Police; Mr. Nguyen Van Vien (54 years old), Chief of Police Investigation of drug-related crimes; Mr. Le Hong Nam (54 years old), Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police; Mr. Tran Phu Ha (53 years old), Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Security Director; Mr. Pham Ngoc Viet, Director of National Security; Mr. Vo Trong Hai (52 years old), Director of Public Security of Nghe An Province; Mr. Tran Hai Quan (50 years old), Commander of the Police High Command.
