Specifically, on January 30, Phong rented a Mercedes car to drive himself with 4 other people to the Hoang Minh Giam intersection, Phu Nhuan district, and then collided with a motorcycle. The accident resulted in the death of the GrabBike driver, the flight attendant was seriously injured.
After the accident, defendant Phong called Emergency Center 115 to report and then left the scene. Or believe that Mr. Thuong died, within 1-2 days, Phong went to the investigation agency to surrender.
