Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park covered in smoke and fire
On the afternoon of November 10, the Fire Police Department – CNCH Ho Chi Minh City Police (PC 07) officially reported the factory fire in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City. The incident occurred in the morning of the same day.
Currently, the CSDT – Municipal Police is carrying out experimental measures to clarify the cause of the fire.

Through verification work, the authorities determined that the fire occurred at CJ Food Company (food production) on 1 Street, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Nha Be District. The incident did not cause harm to people, but burned 12,000 m2 of the second floor area. The fire department successfully defended the entire first floor with 9,900 m2 on the second floor.
According to PC 07, the company had a fire with an area of 21,900 m2; 1 ground floor structure, 2 floors with office area, production area and warehouse. The authorities determined that the fire originated in a frozen warehouse of this company. Flammable substances are packaging, paper, food, raw materials, machines.
Functional forces approached and controlled the fire.
When the 114th Command Center of the Ho Chi Minh City Police received the news, the fire was changing in the direction of spread. PC 07 mobilized 149 officers and soldiers and 23 vehicles from 9 units to the scene to attend to the incident. They also mobilized to fire fire trucks from the Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park and the Long Hau Industrial Park (Long An Province).
In direct command of the scene, Lieutenant Colonel Duong Van Thanh, deputy director of PC 07, said the professional firefighting force fully controlled the fire at 1:00 p.m. on November 10.
