What makes a girl who is only eighteen and twenty years old “from the country to the street” can be strong in such confusion?

Since I was little I have been a strong and independent girl. My family has 3 sisters and lives mainly with my mother because my father has to constantly work outside the home. We lived in a small wall hidden behind another house, the older sister had to leave school early to make ends meet. Due to such a difficult situation, I always do my best to ease Big Sister’s burden.

Many people guess that after Miss Vietnam you have “changed your life” and have a very high salary.

Saying that changing my life is not, but the Miss Vietnam pageant really turned my life on a bright page. Before joining the contest, I had never been invited to a show or event to take ad photos. Later, the salary from work was multiplied by 15, which helped me cope with family life.

What does Cam Dan do with the salary he earns from his work?

My work purpose is to pay for family life. Every time I receive the payment, I send it to my homeland.
