According to the allegations, from March 2014 to November 2015, Le Xuan Giang and the defendants took advantage of the fact that Viet Link Company was granted a multi-level business license with goods produced and used by BQP Company. fraudulent tricks, providing false information, making investors think that Lien Viet is a subsidiary of BQP Company under the Ministry of Defense.

Then the defendant Giang asked a monk in Ho Chi Minh City to falsify the Prime Minister’s certificate of merit and launch a series of programs, offering great promotions such as paying 7 million VND, and receiving more than 400 million, mobilizing a lot. People involved in multi-level businesses will be rewarded with a car worth VND 1 billion or a house worth 1.8 billion VND.

As of November 2015, Giang and his accomplices had attracted more than 68,000 victims in 49 provinces and cities, raising a total of nearly 2.1 billion VND.

The prosecution alleges that after the actual cost is approximately half of the profits, the defendants must take criminal liability in the amount of more than 1.1 billion VND.

Tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. (December 25), the court will issue a verdict on 7 defendants.
