Mr. Tran Viet Truong was born on April 15, 1971. Hometown of Tan Phuoc Hung Commune, Phung Hiep District, Hau Giang Province. Qualifications: electrical engineer – electronics, political master, military doctorate. High-level political level.
From September 2010 to January 2013, Mr. Truong was a member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Kieu District Party Committee. After that, he became Head of the Propaganda Department of the Can Tho City Party Committee.
In September 2020, at the Can Tho City XIV Party Executive Committee Congress, for the term 2020-2025, Truong was elected Undersecretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee.
