Earlier, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tho, Chief Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City, signed a decision to sanction an administrative offense against Mr. Quach Duy VND 7.5 million for publishing false information related to Ho Chi Minh City leaders on Facebook.

At the appeal hearing in this administrative case on September 10, the Ho Chi Minh City High Court rejected the appeal, rendered the lower court judgment and did not accept Mr. Duy’s request.
