On the night of October 12, the first meeting of the Quang Nam Party Provincial Committee elected the XXII Provincial Party Standing Committee consisting of 15 people.
Mr. Phan Viet Cuong – Secretary of the Quang Nam Party Committee, Session XXI was re-elected as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee XXII.

Mr. Le Van Dung and Le Tri Thanh were elected as Sub-Secretaries of the Party Committee of the XXII term for the period 2020-2025.
The conference also elected the 11-person Quang Nam Provincial Party Inspection Committee. Mr. Phan Thai Binh was elected Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Committee of the XXII Party.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, Head of the delegation of the National Assembly of Quang Nam Province.
Since March 1987: Specialist, Deputy Head of Office, Acting Head of Dai Loc District People’s Committee Office; Deputy Chief of Finance – Dai Loc District Planning Department.
Since December 1995: Dai Loc District Deputy Chief Inspector; Head of the Department of Economic and Social Inspection of the Quang Nam Provincial Inspectorate; Deputy Chief Inspector of Quang Nam Province.
Since 8/2004: Permanent Undersecretary of the District Party Committee and Head of the Party Committee of the Tay Giang District Party Committee. Since October 2005: Deputy Chief Inspector of Quang Nam Province.
