Mr. Le Thanh Liem is 57 years old this year, from Tam Phuoc Commune, Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre Province. He has a Master’s Degree in Economics, a Fisheries Engineer, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics.

Addressing the assignment, HCM City Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Nen said that the City Party Committee had implemented the staff work plan prior to the 11th City Party Committee Congress. The plan was implemented in accordance with Party regulations and approved by central agencies.
