Additionally, according to the indictment, in 2013, Licogi 13 Joint Stock Company invested and opened the villa at 164 Khuat Duy Tien, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. The “bald” met with the leader of the Licogi 13 Joint Stock Company and agreed to buy a villa that this company offers for sale for 18 billion VND at the price of 15 billion VND, in exchange for the “bald” set for Licogi Company 13 involved in the construction of several projects.
