Regarding the landslides, he said that all were located at an altitude of 300 to 900 m, not related to hydroelectricity, so “it is not convenient to guess but to rely on scientific data.”
Said scientific data, according to research and surveys by scientists from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, all landslides are in the geological fault zone, with steep slopes, thick weathering … In geological conditions This, while If a rainfall greater than 100 mm is required, there is a risk of landslides. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development manages green forests and perennial crops. But through satellite monitoring, the natural resources and environment commander said he also achieved the level of “full green coverage”, no bare land and hills.
