However, more than 1 month ago, NJPT Joint Venture and SCC Joint Venture still did not report the cause and did not submit the documents on time. According to the Board of Directors, the EPC General Contractor only gives very sketchy and unconvincing opening explanations / statements to deflect the matter, prolong the time and deny liability as your EPC General Contractor.
Therefore, the HM has not yet had an official report to send to the authorities as required.
