On the morning of December 4, the Hai Duong Province Road Safety Board said that the area had just had an accident that caused a death.
Consequently, at approximately 11:15 p.m. on the night of December 3, at km49 + 600 of National Highway 37 in Gia Xuyen Commune, Hai Duong City, Mr. Vu Tran Tu Anh (SN 1983, in Le Thanh Nghi neighborhood, Hai Duong city) controlling a Mercedes C250 car with BKS 34A – 091.08 as it was driving towards Hai Duong city as it passed through Thach Khoi neighborhood, then suddenly crashed into a bridge over the Bac-Hung-Hai irrigation canal submerged in the canal.
At the site, small cars were “exposed” under the water channel, the bridge fence with the roof of the village house was blown off. The Mercedes car was crushed in the front of the car, when stopped, Mr. Tu died.
Currently the competent force is clarifying the cause of the accident.
