The previous behavior of the leaders and staff of the Bach Mai Hospital committed “abuse of office and powers in the performance of official functions”.
As reported, the results of the initial investigation confirmed that some people from the BMS company have imported a robotics system worth 7.4 billion VND (VAT included).
However, the defendant raised the bar to 39 billion dong, the valid proof of the valuation certificate has no legal validity.
The price of the robot system is 7.4 billion VND, the depreciation cost of the machine for each case is 4 million VND, but with the declared price, the patient has to pay 23 million VND / box , a difference of 18 million VND. Previously, C03 made decisions to prosecute the defendants, execute a temporary arrest warrant for Pham Duc Tuan, chairman of the board of directors, director of BMS Company, and Ngo Thi Thu Huyen, deputy director.
The investigating agency also prosecuted the defendant and banned Tran Le Hoang, an appraiser from Hanoi Valuation and Financial Services Corporation (VFS Company) from leaving the residence. All of these defendants were charged with “fraud and appropriation of property.”
