On the night of December 1, the Ministry of Health announced four new cases of COVID-19 infection. Of these 4 cases, there were 2 cases of BN 1347 infection (English teacher). Specifically, BN 1348 is a 1-year-old boy, resides in Lot E Lo Gom Street (District 7, District 6) and BN 1349 is a 28-year-old woman, resides in Hoang Le Kha Street (District 9, District 6 ). Recorded on the night of the same day, the habitable areas of BN 1348 and 1349 were strictly blocked by functional forces.
In Hoang Le Kha Road, where BN 1349 lives, functional forces erected a barrier to block a section of the road some 200 m away.
The area is restricted, outsiders are not allowed, and residents inside cannot leave the blocked area.
Many houses near BN 1349’s home were blocked, “internal and external” to prevent the COVID-19 epidemic.
Local people said that many medical personnel were sprayed and disinfected with protective clothing around the BN 1349 home area. Unrelated people were warned not to approach the blockade area.
Inside the blocked area, people still live normally. Some people sit in front of the house, waiting to cool down, staring at the phone.
Every 30 minutes, the competent forces patrol once inside the blockaded area on Hoang Le Kha road. Please note that all people within the sealed area are not in contact with the surrounding people.
It was only 9 p.m., but all the houses within the blocked area on Hoang Le Kha Road were locked from the inside. There is a house that has turned off the power to sleep.
People outside the blockaded area said BN 1349’s family also had little contact with the surrounding people, so a few dozen houses in this area were blocked.
In the E Lo Gom street area, where BN 1348 lives, the authorities have also strictly blocked. With regard to BN1347, District 6 authorities have blocked 2 alleys leading to this patient’s home on Binh Tien Street (Ward 3) since the afternoon. Within a 100m radius of the BN1347 house, 52 households and 197 people have been sampled for COVID-19.
