He is a notary, contacted “patient 1814” (the owner of a wedding in Hai Duong) at the notary’s office on Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau District, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, dated January 27. Until this morning, the Ministry of Health has registered him as “patient 1883”.
Investigating epidemiology, on the morning of January 29, this person took a Vietnam Airline flight to Ho Chi Minh City at 9-10 am, sitting in the Bui Vien cafeteria, unable to remember the house number. At around 11 a.m., the driver took him to his relatives on Truong Son Street and stayed there for about 30 minutes, then walked to the airport. Around 9:00 am, he returned to Hanoi, caught a Bamboo Airway plane, parked the car at the airport, and went home alone.
Hanoi Health Department on the morning of February 3, urgently announced finding 396 passengers sharing two flights with the “patient 1883”. In particular, flight VN7245 from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City took off at 6 am on January 29 with 185 passengers; Flight QH242 from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi landed at 9:55 pm on January 29 with 211 passengers.
In Ho Chi Minh City, since the epidemic, there have been 168 infected cases, of which 153 cases have been cured, 15 people are in treatment, their health is stable; 2,829 people are in quarantine in concentration areas and 535 people are isolated at home and accommodation.
Since the outbreak returned on January 28, Ho Chi Minh City has registered one case as “patient 1660” from Hai Duong. All of this person’s F1 cases were negative.
