Meanwhile, Vietnam is a country with a monsoonal tropical climate, a hot day, good lighting and visibility conditions, and now turning on the car lights all day makes the ambient temperature rise even further. How can people bear it?
Western countries have a different climate than Vietnam, the environment and temperature are also completely opposite. The application of western regulations to Vietnam is not appropriate. In the country, only the light should be turned on according to the weather conditions, the regions, according to the season accordingly, the Road Traffic Law has also clearly established it. Regarding the occurrence of a traffic accident, is it necessary to study if the cause does not turn on the lights all day or if the people’s awareness of law enforcement is not good? If we don’t find the right reasons to adjust, but only propose new laws during this period, the situation will be more confusing.

Propose regulations that are appropriate to the country’s life, culture, society, economy, and situation so that people can benefit from politics, rather than exploring and following other countries. What is correct, or we can learn and continue after making reasonable adjustments, and what does not work, it is better not to change.
The rules: the proposal is not realistic, just copying the prototype from another country and applying it in the country will not solve the problem, but will only increase the insufficiency. As soon as lawmakers abandon the four-wheel drive and drive the bike to work for a week, they will realize the consequences of issuing a “copy formula.” We have consumed so much raw material, noise pollution, rising temperatures, now more “light pollution”, it is incomprehensible!
