According to Mr. Binh, the local authorities have provided meals to the people in the quarantine area (3 meals / day, a meal of VND 30,000 per person).
Functional forces will distribute coupons to people to sign up for the appropriate meals for each person. the Strong unions and patrons donated instant noodles and rice to people in the isolated area.
