The victim of the death was identified as Mr. Tran Quang Dat (46 years old, from Quang Ngai, currently residing in Long An). Family members of Mr. Dat said that the victim was a contractor for the construction of the house. This afternoon, after working with Mr. Dat on his way home to Long An, such an incident occurred.
People living in this area said that when he discovered Mr. Dat motionless on the road, it was now raining, the road was slippery.

The authorities are working to clarify the death of Mr. Dat.
