Seven Chinese soldiers and four Indian soldiers were wounded, a military official said, at a site near the Naku La area in the border state of Sikkim.

Local commanders have been talking and settling the dispute that erupted since Saturday.

The two countries have disputes over the common border that stretches for 3,400 km.

Occasionally, clashes like rummaging through the chest, pushing and throwing rocks, reported the BBC’s editor for South Asia, Anbarasan Ethirajan.

The last tense confrontation took place near the Naku La section of Sikkim, which is located in the Himalayas, at an altitude of more than 5,000 meters above sea level.

China and India had a border war in 1962.

In 2017, the two countries also clashed in the region, after China sought to expand the border line across a disputed plateau.

Although both countries have sent troops to patrol and these groups often have clashes in the form of push and physical contact, but no bullets have been fired at the border for the past four decades.
