“After affecting the north on December 30, the cold air will gradually spread southward, affecting the central and southern provinces. The south is forecast to be cold on New Years Eve 2021, the temperature will drop. around 1-2 degrees Celsius. The lowest possible place is around 18 degrees C. “
Ms. Lan also noted that the cold air caused a large difference in temperature between day and night, leading to illness in the winter and spring harvest. For Tet flowers, you also need to watch out for diseases and blooms in the wrong season.
As for the lowlands off the coast of the Philippines, Lan said there is a possibility that it will enter the South China Sea on December 29 and operate in the northeast of the Spratly Islands. However, because the cold air is too strong, this low-lying zone drifts south, which is less likely to affect the mainland and only cause bad weather at sea.
