On October 18, the authorities announced a list of 17 workers killed and missing in the landslide at the operator Rao Trang 3 hydroelectric power station (Phong Xuan Commune, Phong Dien District, Thua Thien Hue Province). In which, most of them are from the provinces of Thua Thien Hue, Quang Tri, Ha Tinh and Thanh Hoa.
The list of 17 dead and missing workers includes:

4. NGUYEN VO DANG KHOA (May 10, 1997), Hometown: 116 Ngu Binh, Phuoc Vinh District, Hue City, TT Hue.
5.NGUYEN BA TUYEN (April 13, 1989), Hometown: Phong Xuan District, TT Hue Province.
6. DANG HUU PHONG (February 20, 1994), hometown: Xuan Hoa, Gio An, Gio Linh, Quang Tri.
7. DANG HUU NAM (September 30, 1991), hometown: Xuan Hoa, Gio An, Gio Linh, Quang Tri.
