The finding determined that the apartments were organized illegally by Mr. Le Thanh Than, not according to the approved planning. The apartments have been sold to clients to live in, but so far there are 520 clients not recognized by the State with land use rights.
At the same time, a serious violation in the Kien Hung CT6 project has broken planning, greatly affecting infrastructure, society, the needs of schools, hospitals, fire prevention … when under pressure. The number of people increased dramatically while living in the project.
“During the construction process, Mr. Than directs and operates directly. The business and the decision on the price of the apartments in the project are decided by Mr. Than,” the conclusion stated.
There are 488 clients who spend 534 billion to buy apartments, who claim by signing purchase and sale contracts that they do not know houses in the wrong project planning. Everyone believes that Mr. Le Thanh Than builds according to the approved design.
It is worth mentioning, when the police verified that the Kien Hung District People’s Committee and the Ha Dong District Construction Inspector did not have documents, inspection records and proposals to handle this work. “For making mistakes in the Kien Hung CT6 project, the responsibility lies with the Kien Hung Neighborhood People’s Committee and the district building inspector, the Ha Dong District People’s Committee,” it was concluded.
The investigating agency accused Mr. Than of illegally earning more than VND 534 billion, causing more than VND 56 billion in damages to 488 clients who bought apartments that did not receive red books. However, after deducting the tax, Mr. Than made an illegal profit of more than 480 billion VND.
Currently, the bank has issued a VND 530 billion guarantee certificate to the defendants to overcome the consequences.

With the Muong Thanh Da Nang apartment project alone, this leader said that he had sent a document to the government to present a solution to overcome and return the building’s function. The Group undertakes to negotiate the acquisition and organize the relocation of people in the offending apartments. The companies proceed to dismantle infringement items 1-4 and complete by June 30 to September 30, depending on the project.
