As soon as the accident occurred, the wife of the patient who was nearby called for help and mobilized 15 people to come rescue.

A group of people helped the victim avoid submerging, the rest took turns diving into the water to cut down trees. After 20 minutes, the tree will be cut down and the patient will be taken to the ground. The patient with a wooden stick still in his body was taken to the emergency room.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the doctors checked to see that a long wooden tree pierced the epithelium, approached the testicle to pierce the left abdominal wall, saw the wooden tree pushed up by the abdominal wall. The results of the ultrasound showed that the tree was located under the muscle of the abdominal wall, fortunately other organs such as the bladder were still normal.

The wound stabbed by the wood is about 30 cm long, it is completely outside the abdomen, passing under the abdominal muscle directly from the groin area, passing under the right seminal cord without damaging the seminal cord or the testicular membrane until the left abdominal wall.

Lots of wood and dirt sticks to the wound, making it necessary to clean, filter, and remove all foreign objects. After surgery, the patient is awake and stable.

Doctors recommend that when foreign bodies get into the body, do not try to remove them, they should manipulate hemostasis, clean them and take them to the emergency hospital immediately.
