While attending the party, there were conflicts with the group of Nguyen Minh Triet (SN 1984) and Nguyen Hoang Tan (SN 1986), who resided in Nui Sap city, Thoai Son district.
At approximately 15:05 on the same day, Quan drove a car to take the group to Group 11’s area, Dong Son 2 Village, Nui Sap City, to fight with the group of Triet and Tan. During the fight, the two groups they used home-made knives (machetes) and pistols (pistols yet to be determined).
As a result, Triet’s skull was cut off and Tan’s body was cut twice and taken to the emergency room of An Giang Central General Hospital. After committing the crime, the subjects boarded Quan’s car to return to Binh Duong.

Subjects in 16-seater vehicles detained by the police were: Nguyen Tu Anh (SN 1981, Thoai Son District, An Giang); Pham Phuoc Lam (SN 1996, in An Phu district, An Giang); Pham Cao Dang (SN 1997, in Cho Moi district, An Giang); A Bin (SN 1996, in Sa Thuy district, KonTum province); Vo Thanh Son (SN 1985, in the city of Tan Uyen, Binh Duong); Vo Quoc Hai (SN 1998, in O Mon district, Can Tho city); Duong Hoai Si (SN 1990, in the city of Thuan An, Binh Duong); Bui Quoc Quan (SN 1989, in Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province); Trung Minh Chien (SN 1988, in Thoai Son district, An Giang) and Nguyen Minh Tri, (SN 1991, in Binh Duong).
After arresting the aforementioned subjects, the police took testimonies and continued to arrest related subjects.
