The person who claimed the name Dung directed Ms H. to access the website address: congan.hanoi113.com and then entered Ms H.’s identification number in the search bar of the website .
At this time two documents appeared with the name of Ms. H., “Warrant of arrest related to drug cases” and “Order to request the transfer of property to the account numbers of the police agency to verify and verify. Yes it is not related, it will be returned within 24 to 48 hours ”.
I think it’s all true, around 10 am on the same day, Ms. H. went to the bank to withdraw her savings and then made the arrangements to transfer almost 4 billion VND to two accounts as per the instructions of the criminal group.
Immediately after Ms H. transferred the money, the criminals tried to distribute the money into 2 accounts. Mango asked Van and Hien to withdraw more than 3 billion dong from the bank account. In return, Hien received 8 million VND, Van benefited with 43.5 million VND.
The indictment said that the two defendants, Van and Hien, had colluded with Mango, appropriated from Ms. H. nearly 4 billion VND, benefiting more than 100 million VND.
