As the clip image shows, a BMW car with a doctor in Ho Chi Minh City races down the road, while a man holding a stick continually bangs the glass door on the roof.
Then two women in the BMW car opened the door and got out. One of them is carrying a child. The younger woman reached out to grab the man’s shirt, pulling back and forth. Then another woman, believed to be a BMW driver, chased the man with a parachute. The incident caused commotion all the way.
Later, the authorities were present to clarify the incident.
The above clip was recorded in the early afternoon of the same day by people in Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, District 4, District 11, the section adjacent to District 5 (Ho Chi Minh City).

People who witnessed the incident said that they previously saw this man fight with a woman at the intersection of Dang Minh Khiem – Pho Co Dieu (Ward 4, District 11). Then the man drove a 7 seater car and left and the woman chased a BMW car, then the same incident happened.
On the afternoon of the same day, the competent forces took the car and related persons to the police headquarters of P.4, District 11 to clarify the damage to the BMW cars on the street.
