Specifically, the new positive case for SARS-CoV-2 is Đ.DN, male, 73 years old, address: 51/49 Dich Vong, Dich Vong District, Cau Giay.

The patient was F1 from patient 1819 and a sample was taken for the first time on January 30, the result was negative (performed by CDC in Hanoi), concentrated in isolation at 14.15 Battalion, Division 308, Hoa Thach, Quoc Oai.

On February 3, the patient was transferred to Ha Dong General Hospital for treatment due to his headache and history of diabetes.

On February 8, the patient coughed and Ha Dong General Hospital took samples for the second test, the results were suspicious. On February 9, the sample was sent to CDC Hanoi to confirm that it was positive for SARS-CoV-2.

Thus, at noon on September 2 (since the outbreak in Quang Ninh, Hai Duong at the end of January 2021), Hanoi recorded 27 cases of COVID-19, positive for SARS-CoV-2 in the districts of Nam Tu Liem. (13 cases), Hai Ba Trung (2), Cau Giay (5), Dong Da (1), Me Linh (4), Dong Anh (2).

On January 31, 2021, the Hanoi City Center for Disease Control took samples from the patient and it tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.
