The Government Inspector (TTCP) has just submitted a written request to the Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee to verify that the whistleblower from the Hanoi Urban Railways Management Board (MRB) has been removed and removed from the payroll.

According to the document, the TTCP has inspected the content of the complaint of Mr. Luong Xuan Binh, former deputy director of the MRB department related to the Nhon City Railway Project, Hanoi Station. Through here, the Prime Minister has determined that many of Mr. Luong Xuan Binh’s allegations are well founded.

Since then, the TTCP has asked the chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee to direct the MRB to coordinate with the Hanoi departments to inspect, review, process, and reduce or revoke economic proposals. declared at the conclusion of the inspection to avoid the risk of loss of the state budget.

After the Prime Minister issued the conclusion of the inspection, Mr. Luong Xuan Binh was transferred to work, reduced his income and was disciplined, although the content of this disciplinary decision showed signs of violation of the law.

The TTCP believes that the MRB is repressing the complainant and has therefore organized tripartite work. At this point, MRB admitted that it had put Mr. Binh on layoff to put him off the payroll.

The TTCP judged that it was conduct that showed signs of suppression that occurred after the General Directorate issued the conclusion of the inspection. This is not in line with the policy of the Party and the State towards the relatives of people with meritorious services because Mr. Luong Xuan Binh is the son of the martyr Luong Nghia Dung (1935 – 1972), journalist, photographer of the People’s Army. Vietnam. Martyrs Luong Nghia Dung has been awarded the Ho Chi Minh Prize and the State Prize for Literature and Arts.

Therefore, the TTCP proposed to the chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee to instruct the MRB to suspend the implementation of the decisions and documents that “blunted” Mr. Binh and properly restored his job; Consider paying full wages, bonuses, and ensuring income for himself and his family.

The TTCP also proposed to re-evaluate Mr. Binh’s appointment as Deputy Director of MRB just because there are not enough votes of confidence. The reason, the time of taking the votes, the law stipulates that this is for reference only and re-election is not a form of discipline.

Furthermore, the TTCP requested the MRB to terminate, it was not allowed to have any acts of repressive, stigmatized, discriminatory and unfair treatment against Mr. Luong Xuan Binh and made public apologies to him.
