On December 4, the Bac Giang Province Police said that the Hiep Hoa District Police temporarily detained Ngo Van Quynh (30, in the village, Dong Lo Commune, Hiep Hoa District) to investigate the rape behavior.
Before that, around 6 am on December 2, the Dong Lo commune police received a request from Ms. LTKH (21 years old, Huu Lung District, Lang Son) to report that she was raped by a young man named Quynh in a karaoke bar.
According to the initial investigation, at around 3 p.m. on December 2, Quynh and some friends went to sing at a karaoke bar in Ho village (Dong Lo commune). While singing, Quynh’s group asked the owner to call the waitress, Mrs. H.
When Ms. H. arrived for a few minutes, this group of visitors left the room, leaving Quynh alone, and Ms. H. Quynh asked Ms. H. to have sex, but Ms. H. was not there. agreed and resisted, but Quynh hit her. use force to control, rape on the spot.
Currently, the Hiep Hoa District Police have temporarily detained Quynh to investigate and drive in accordance with the law.
According to the police, the investigation initially determined that Ngo Van Quynh had a criminal record of property theft and was free on bail pending trial for the property violation.
