Earlier in the morning of the same day, when some people went to the bank of the Dong Nai River (in the Buu Long neighborhood area, Bien Hoa City) to fish, they suddenly discovered a strange object floating in the river.

Initially identified the body was a man, in the victim wearing a gray shirt, black pants. Furthermore, the competent force found a driver’s license named Le Hoang Anh on the body. Around 10 in the morning of the same day, the body was transferred to the hospital morgue to serve the investigation.
