Both above-mentioned persons are prohibited from being transported by air for a defined period of time and subject to mandatory visual inspection in accordance with the provisions of Points a and e, Clause 1, Article 18 of Decree No. 92/2015 / ND-CP of Government date 13-10-2015 and Clause 3, Article 60 of Circular No. 13/2019 / TT-BGTVT of March 29, 2019 of the Minister of Transport.
