The results of the initial investigation showed that, around 2:00 p.m. on October 25, when Thanh picked up a homemade gun to shoot birds, Tran Quang H. was carrying Manh Loc Chien (SN 1998, who resides in Phuc commune Tho). Currently, Nguyen Van Thanh is arrested and criminally detained to clarify the act of “murder”, the object of Manh Loc Chien is also temporarily detained for the act of “Theft of property”.
The case is being investigated by the Nghe An Police Criminal Police Department.
