Before that, like the newspaper Workers reported from August to December 2018, Ha Tinh Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company purchased 4 industrial washing machines and dryers from The One Vietnam Joint Stock Company (the address is in Tran Cung Street. Nghia Tan, Cau Giay District, Hanoi) with priced at 523,600,000 VND / set, the total price of 4 sets is 2,094,400,000 VND. After purchasing the above shipment, Ha Tinh Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company sells the above batches of washing machines and dryers to Thach Ha District General Hospital, Can Loc Hospital, Duc Tho Hospital and Huong Son Hospital.

Out of the 4 washer and dryer sets mentioned above, only 1 washer and dryer set for Thach Ha District General Hospital signed the contract between The One Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Ha Tinh Medical Equipment Company. Non-economic 08082018 / HDKT / TBG / HT-TO dated 8-8-2018. The remaining 3 sets are sold to hospitals but not contracted.

Ha Tinh Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company has transferred 4 washing machines to The One Vietnam in full, but self-legalized the bill by signing the contract with Ha Tinh Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company. Bao Anh Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (the head office is also located in Hanoi) to sell the mentioned 4 washer-dryers for 10 billion VND.

After that, Ha Tinh Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company awarded 4 sets of equipment worth more than 2 billion “hit prices“Sold to 4 hospitals with a price of 12 billion dong, 6 times higher than the normal price. So the hospitals have paid enough money to Ha Tinh Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company.”

Currently, the police are further investigating the case of “overpricing” of the equipment sold to the mentioned hospital.
