Tung said that only the owner of the house, or the authorized person, is entitled to legal accommodation. Currently, the house is still in the name of Ms. Chi, Tung is authorized, the defendant does not commit a crime such as prosecution.
As for Mr. Nam, on the afternoon of the incident, Tung called to say that 3 tenants came to agitate and asked for his help. When he heard the news, he called to inform the Da Kao pavilion police chief, when he arrived, he saw the police, the civil defense and even the bureaucracy … so he was unable to act as alleged.
As for the case, Nguyen Thi Huong Tam has fled and is being wanted.
