At noon on November 1, a man wearing a mask, a black coat and a helmet covering his head, was riding a motorcycle in front of Mr. Truong’s house in the urban area of Phuoc Long A (Phuoc Long District , Nha Trang city). Mr. Truong’s house is located in a village, separated from the surrounding houses, so people do not know when the incident occurs. When it came time to hear the screams from the victim’s house, the neighbors learned that someone had been attacked.
