In May, the translation of Covid-19 was rampant around the world, Nguyen as a representative of Boowoo Company Limited (based in District 1) met Mr. Philip Leigh Mckenzie through a broker.

According to the investigative agency, Nguyen knew that the businessman wanted to buy medical gloves to sell abroad, so he presented his company with a factory to manufacture this item, under the Boowoo Glove brand.

Nguyen uploaded photos of the factory, the medical glove manufacturing process, and some finished Boowoo Glove-branded products. He then rented a warehouse in Long An province, ordered 1,000 paper boxes printed, some boxes with the Boowoo Glove logo, and bought more than 10 boxes of real medical gloves.

Believe that Nguyen is in stock, on August 6, Mr. Philip signed a contract to order 10 million boxes of gloves and transferred about 57 billion VND to the Boowoo One Member Limited account. A day later, the two parties met online to ensure a smooth implementation of the contract.

Two weeks later, Mr. Philip asked to deliver 2 sample containers in advance to deliver to customers in the US, but Nguyen did not receive the delivery.
