Many Facebook users in Vietnam and some countries around the world cannot send text messages on Messenger since the afternoon of December 10.
This happened in both the phone’s Messenger app and the web browser’s chat feature. Messenger is one of the most popular chat apps in Vietnam. Statistics on iOS and Android app stores, Messenger continually on top of the most downloaded apps. On the web platform, Facebook.com is also the second most visited address, only behind Google.
