Daily Mail experts Chris Sutton, Micah Richards, Ian Ladyman and Chris Wheeler have argued whether midfielder Paul Pogba is still worthy to play for Man United, after his shaky performances.

Pogba is a talented player, but I prefer a more stable midfield to support the defense. Bruno Fernandes will play the role of number 10, his left is Marcus Rashford and his left is Mason Greenwood. You think De Gea would be the natural choice in the wood frame, but personally I’m stuck with Henderson over and over again. De Gea did nothing wrong by losing to Arsenal, and I will pick him. However, Henderson’s time will come soon.
As soon as I finished picking the goalkeeper, I immediately thought of the 4-man defense. Then I switched to a defender 3 with pair of wings. But then I changed my mind because Aaron Wan-Bissaka was not suitable. Go back only to the 4 defender table.
The greatest difficulty is in the midfield. The more he tried, the less room he could see for Van de Beek. So I choose to experiment: Nemanja Matic is the lowest kick and the point is Fernandes and Pogba.

I’m going to make up for the lack of defensive midfield protection by having Axel Tuanzebe team up with Harry Maguire in the center of defense. Tuanzebe is an excellent young defender and will be alongside an experienced midfielder.

He was a MU who played with a lot of confidence, and all three forwards Rashford, Greenwood and Martial all played well against Brighton. For the first time in a long time, MU benefits from a stable squad and I am confused that Solskjaer left this in the 2020/21 season.
Once again, Solskjaer appears to be in a dilemma over whether to use Pogba and, if so, where. This has allowed McTominay and Fred to return to the starting lineup, and that’s not a good sign. Pogba doesn’t usually help himself, but at the end of last season he showed that he can play as part of the organizing midfield duo, even when Pogba himself isn’t particularly up for it. Solskjaer has come up with the winning formula in the summer and should come back to it now.
