According to the initial investigation, H. Long Thanh police recently received reports of three women selling lottery tickets being raped and robbed by a young man.
This trick of the young people is to walk up to buy lottery tickets, then pretend they forget to bring the money and ask the seller to get the lottery ticket on a motorcycle to take home and get money.
However, on the way, young men take women selling lottery tickets to a desert place like rubber forests, noodle fields, then rape victims, stealing properties like chains, phones, money, lottery tickets.
Given the complicated nature of the case, the movement of the suspects, the H. Long Thanh Police mounted a special case, coordinated with the Criminal Police Department to arrest the perpetrator. The suspect was later identified as Nguyen Thai Binh (42, living in Tra Vinh), without a stable career.
On December 28, Binh appeared in Tam Phuoc Ward, Bien Hoa (Dong Nai) City, and the Project Committee carried out the arrest. At the police station, suspect Nguyen Thai Binh admitted to raping and robbing women who were selling lottery tickets.
