Working with the police, the two suspects claimed to have purchased the aforementioned seal samples for 26 million VND to serve the manufacture of fake papers to sell in the market. In particular, the suspect pays special attention to the making of identity cards.
Furthermore, during the inspection of this house, the police also discovered that both Ho and Phuc were meeting with a group of friends to use drugs. To serve the night out, after renting the house, the subjects designed the room with full light and sound to use drugs.
